tested the events today

first medley will get you sweating friction boots might be best for this

2nd medley i could only do first 2 parts but was easier than i expected so will have a low pick up for the anvil and finish with

loading it but not too high

stones slightly lighter 115 125 135 155 180 same heights had a couple of runs at this i expect most boys to get 4 up but

only the best stone lifters to nail 5!
