Then to black out after that first stone i was gutted for him, but he got up and nailed 4 for the win! Was great to watch. Excellent performance by Millsy to take second as well. Well done to JT and the loaders/refs/scorers for putting on a great comp. | ||

Was happy with my p.bs in the log and deadlift but i did not feel like i got out of second gear all day. Did not have my usual desire and drive to win today, maybe it was because i new i had already qualified for the brits, i dont no. I no everyone was struggling with the heat! and i hope cleggy is ok? i heard he was in a bad way. was a great day and im feeling it now. look forward to competing against the lads again in 4 weeks. and if anyone wants a sugden sucks t-shirt contact craig manc for details. well done to all who bust there arses in the heat!! great bunch of lads and i enjoyed every minute of the day!!! | ||

Big pulling, big pressing, GUTS on the two "small" medleys, stone battle - comps dont get much better than that. Top 4 separated by c**tshair with simon right up there as well - all the way to the wire! And such gutsy stuff from guys under that treshold as well! Was great to see so many pbs smashed on a day when it counts, like simons piece of piss 280 pull (greedy with that 300!!) and Phils 300! Oh and THE DARK HORSE milsys 280! | ||
