I'm not seasoned enough to compete smalls mate so I'll be mostly watching you win this years englands final and the inbetweeners. I don't know what I'll be watching after that though... British Seniors and fancy New Dehli for a holiday Happy

Yeah Ive done some weightlifting and with commitement and time could be as good in competition as I was.

JC mate yeah the suitcases run was a good attempt... I did well with the walking events last week and will rest my hip flexors now until they're ready for more.

Smallsy my hip flexors feel like theyy've been exercised and they get a good pump in lifting my legs as fast as possible doing yoke and farmers so ther's no point training them half harted or fatigued...

I have to do that sort of thing, especially given it needs alot of practice... 100kg press is a starting point though.

But in addition it was a great session, very enjoyable and the few power cleans and log helped my lower body recover.
