Good stuff Mike, thanks for the squat pointers.
What was the problem I was having with the initial descent on the squat?
Too fast?

My bodyweight is 98kg tony mate at the mom, and smallsy you seemed to allow the barbell to push you dowm instead of being focused an in control from as soon as you take the bar out of thd racks. A quick fix of this could be some top end singles to keep you sharp... Maybe 5x1

Not a bad training session by all means and another strong attempt at some events. Admittedly I wasn't successful with 142.5kg log and couldn't get 160kg stone to the middle rack. However the log clean was powerful and went up as fast as it came down. Also the big stone was lapped easier than ever before!

Very respectable logging and stone run there Mike, you're taking to this quite well!
Is that a power jerk on the log you use?
