I could go on all day with figures and numbers to be honest as there is sooo much that is lacking... It all just takes time
Just look at the guys who I should be trying to push on in the northern under 105kg scene and that's my aims...
It's an ongoing and enjoyable journey of pain mostly tbh
Be easier to say every exercise plus 10 percent in 2011
