took the day off today, no cardio and conditioning (&plate flipping) to give myself some time to recover for saturdays DUNGEON session, and sundays squatting.

you are right of course, but not yet not yet... will pull it out when training with a comp in mind, but i need to get my raw dead up first in preparation of the NW open PL comp next year.

i dont really, but at the moment i do equipped squats using my Metal Squatter V-type suit (IPF) and try to break that suit in. I quite like squatting with a suit. But benching... i have only tried it once and didnt bench any extra Didnt like it at all, but i will give it another go next year.
I havent yet tried the deadlift suit on at all, plan is to start using it after the NW Open in april.

log = good, farmers = s**t. Left grip kept failing for some reason, other than that felt strong and actually a wee bit faster than before.
Will do the same weights on farmers again until nail 40x115 and 80x80.
