lol, sorry to hear that mate. There was no way I could train, could barely get out of bed. Would have let you know but I dont have either your or Adams numbers anymore. I'll get them off you on Sunday. Will you be training?

hey this is third time i am sick in past 4 months - and before that i usually never got sick. Bad luck i guess Unhappy

Same as mine rob, and you'll be pleased to know I measured my legs properly the other night - right one was 25 inches and left one was 24 inches Unhappy so you win. Well done skinny fat guy.

Hmm yea mine are 27" now (measurement at the top) so I think I win there. Plus my quads have shrunk a little through not squatting

You still possess stunning vascularity and rock hard abs which will take me a few years to 'cut down' to once I have my mass!Unhappy

ok, had the worst flu i have ever had. Really hit the rock bottom with this one, high fever, sore throath, nasty cough, the works.

This is the fifth day now and i am feeling loads better. Still not quite healthy though so still taking the day off from work and training.

Next few weeks are dedicated to recovery, then 4 weeks of GFH and then the novice first timers strongman comp on March 4th.

Plan for today: light stretching and mobility.

But when the strength picks up and comp nears, i want to eat up to it, not diet up to it. GFH = strength.

Boys, i am so f**king hungry for training you guys wont believe it... so f**king angry as well, and frustrated and what the f**k.

Eat s**t loads and do the cardio. That's my plan. Who knows you might lean out a little and get stronger! or at least keep any weight gain to productive weight gain.
