took just over week off and feeling s**t after having virus. lost bodyweight.

should not have gone so heavy after being ill but i was pissed off due to being ill. reps wont low enough and was a waste of a session. need to learn to calm down and rest

bench target 7 x 7
80 x 7 x 7 x 7 x7 x 6 felt dizzy and left there.

same as squats , should not have done so much

sounds like a good routine and im planning on starting it soon. just a question with regards to assistance exercises. how many reps should be done on them and at what intensity. i dont want to effect the progress of the routine by training to hard on assistance or too little etc

hey tom i cant do this comp as ive got cousins wedding to attend. i was thinking of doing the one in scrunthorpe or even the roses cup.

for some reason my laptop is not accepting them. it plays the sound but no picture. i think its format of video. i will have to look into it. if not i will blue tooth u and see if it works that way
