attended my second comp. managed to make weight at 74 kilo. back played up and due to muscle pull for last 2 weeks. did not go heavy and just achieved totals to qualify only results sq 140 , 155, 160 failed bench 110 , 120 x , 120 x deads 195 , 220 x , x overall was disspointed in my performance due to injury. happy with making weight but will change routine . also improve on dead-lift technique as this prob cause of my injury | |||

I have dropped down to the 67s, strength has dropped little. I am sure I can be as strong at 67 as I was at 75. good luck mate, yea alsong as you eating quality food and training properly shoudnt be a prob. i have just got to start my cardio now | |||

paul_richards said: good stuff, whats your body weight like now hey paul, i had comp yesterday and i weighed in at 74 kilo however i pulled my back muscle twice over the last 2 weeks so i didn't perform as i could have done in case of injury. i ended up qualifying for britains i did 155 squat, 110 bench, and 195 deads. was little disappointed as i was so ready for comp until i pulled my back, oh well s**t happens. im just reevaluating my whole training now ready for Britain's. need to pack on some serious strength. | |||
