Bale is a cock who shouts at stage makers and cleanners who are paid minimum wage- A cock

Same as Hue Jackman- cock stops a play to shout and humiliate the little man- cock at about 11 stone of premeboline

Agree American Psycho. More because Christian Bales is a cock.

Must add Hangover 3.
1 and 2 fantastic. 3 diverted from the plot- take druggs then work out what happened. I wasted my money at the pics and am very very cross indeed.

The modern version of Charlie and the Chock factory- the Umpa lumpas ruined it for my with of the time rapping that will not be timeless like the origional. I was very upset of Jonny Depp for this insulting film. Very upset.

To correct my prev post, the hobbit could have been told in one film. However, in the capitalistic intrest of gaining wealth it was drawn out and only part of the book was told. It was also to sentimental. I was not happy at all.

No dumbing down brainwashing alowed in my castle.

Omelettee that I cannot spell. Peppers and onions and cheese. Potatoes and salad. I mixed in some cold sausages in my salad that were left over from breakfast.
I did not have any cuecumber in my salad as I do not like cuecumber. My salad was very rubbish.

Haribo for pudding again.

Out of coke. Just ribbena.

Im not very pleased with my dinner tonight.

Toad in the hole, potatoes and broccolli. I didnt eat the broccolli and can't spell it.

I had a broccolli incident at Xmas whereby it was served with green worms inside. I have not gotten over that trauma just yet, at laest I tried.

Had icecream for pudding.

I think you had to be there at the time with the Phill speach. It seemed unatainable.

We always backed the Brits and Scandinavians in our house. I think europe=showman and America= show off, just the mindset back then Im sorry to say. This was in part influanced by Kaz and Capes and Jon Pall in the 80s where videos have been posted here that show what I mean. Fair play, it created great entertainment and was fun for a young boy to watch.

With hinesight fair play to mr Pfister for winning years later.

Therev are some humble and awesome Americans about now-Wish they would stop crediting 'the lord' though. After all, it credits everyones lifts as controled by a supernatural force so just keep them thoughts private please.

And before you say anything bad about Ed just ask a childs opinion first and you will find that they think hes fantastic.

Very interseting comment about being off whey. Is that because your eatting more live protein? I worry I neglect to eat enough meat and fish for protein
dr_hazbun said:Good read. There was stuff in there I didn't know like the 80% bit.

I'm actually trialling a period off the whey. Haven't had any for 8 weeks. Strongest I've ever been!

Having a girlfriend watch makes a big diffence psychologicaly. Even though they dont know that you add a couple of kilo, to you it makes the diffrence in the lift.
Sawyers said:Went to the gym today still feeling very sore, took my girlfriend for her first time lifting so decided to do a little.

Sumo
2 x 3 @60kg
1 x 2 @100kg
1 x 1 @140kg
1 x 1 @180kg
1 x 1 @200kg - Belt on
1 x F @210kg - Ripped callus on my hand off.. Lift was otherwise ok
1 x 1 @210kg - Straps
1 x 1 @220kg - 5kg PB - Ugliest rep on the planet, but.. Still got it up. Next goal is 220kg - Clean rep. Strength is there, just technique a bit off with not deadlifting the last month.

Push press
1 x 5 @20kg
1 x 3 @60kg
1 x 2 @70kg
1 x 1 @80kg
1 x 1 @90kg - PB on an oly bar. Again.. Lacking technique...

Pretty pleased with today, especially considering I wasn't planning on training, though need to get into the groove of things again.

Girlfriend ended up deadlifting 42.5kg after doing a few sets of 5 with 30kg so pleased with her too.

77.9kg

In addition, skimmed and semi go through much chemical processing. You wouldnt catch me drinking that muck.

Best to just stay away from milk or go for the hard stuff ie Gold top.
