Totally disagree with you Rick. But undestood

But what i mainly wanted to say to you Rick is this. Knowing how much you disagree with the interpretation of that video and i would argue, all the videos Ive posted here from GB news... you didnt remove them. I have a lot of respect for that.

The idea of this thread is to help people navigate and discuss the world wide economic collapse with money saving/ growing your own food and preping sharing of ideas and help. Will try to avoid the covid...I think most people have made their own minds up by now anyhow.

I guess this boomshell wont be reported on BBC. So here it is for those who only get single narrative news coverage...

we currently have late potatoes in buckets.
Kale, spinach, cabbage, purple broccoli and purple cabbage (doing very well) leeks, sprouts not doing so good. Also, rhubarb as a perennial picking up and swede, carrots and parsnip all within our beds. Pumpkins flowered but zero fruit.

Cape gooseberries still giving a punnet every 3-4 day. Amazing yield from this fruit.

As we are at that time of the year where growth is restricted to veg that can withstand colder weather, we have the broccoli and cabbage in more than 1 bed.

we have so much food stored we feel we have breathing space.

Oh, and brewing shed built and painted. Have 2200 bricks now so will start on outbuilding for tool and garden tool/ equipment store. Will build about 11 x 14 ish plan to use thick ply for the roof and felt tempory - until a time when I get tiles donated form whatever site Im on...not buying them sir, no way Roll-Eyes

Next year will be the year of the beery and jarring.

Sheep will spend their entire lives in fear of wolves...only to be eventually eaten by the farmer.

Anyway...

The melons have now all been eaten.

Underrated. I saw him a year before he won his first O.

Nice fella and far far more of a deep thinker than he was given credit for.

I think a lot of the USA guys he competed against were over confident- cocky...they come across poorly within interviews and in my opinion, very bitter to be beaten by the Shadow. In contrast, Dorian was and remains humble and a gentleman.

The mans got a good attitude.

very very odd..

First the YBS send a letter about not being able to withdraw should there be a bank run.

Now we get a letter saying interest rates drop on savings over 20k in any account...and all rates appear to be uniform at 1.5...

Any thoughts? Discouraging savers from depositing excess of 20k in an account is a terrible business model. Its odd odd odd.

My interested in gold, being a physical asset, is increasing by the day.

interesting 'mini' budget.

You could be forgiven for thinking they want inflation out of control.

Another step toward a land grab for our betters Id say, for what my opinion is worth...
