Post Edited: 29.03.2013 @ 18:15 PM by AMH_Power Thanks!I've got a pretty unique training system which I will share. My other lifts are catching up since changing my techniques massively, but I suppose that's where time and movement patterns come into play! I'm glad to be on the forums, as strength athletes are far and few between. Too much hair gel and bicep curls round my way! Just out of question, what's 'the standard' routine people followon here? Or does everyone train completely different with the standard linear/conjugate argument? | |||

Hope all is well! First post on the forums (although I follow a lot of non-direct advice on here!), just creating a thread to say hello. I'm currently in the South West and serving in the forces. I lift under BDFPA and the Army/Combined/Inter services and will be starting a training journal after the BDFPA Brits on the 7th. In the meantime here's a bench vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rL33zZwTKrY (sorry for the link, my phone isn't allowing me to embed!) Look forwards to sharing training methods and getting stuck in with the banter! - Aaron |
