First time squatting in 2 weeks so steady away. All the aches and pains have gone, but so has a little strength. I'm away on holiday again in two weeks so I'll just keep ticking over till then I think, then back at it properly after that.

Its something I do a fair bit and its amazing how much easier each lift feels when you aren't worried about grip.

At the end of the day you are never going to drop that beautiful eleiko comp bar on the platform.


Cheers! The 5's are hard work, the aim is 250x5x5 in a few weeks, I'll have made some really good progress if I get that. I did use some straps a few weeks ago when I had a problem with grip, so yeah, I'll do it if I have to, it just feels like cheating a bit Grin
