Not done squats for around 2 week now due to a knee injury so i wanted to test the water today.

did tones of stretching before hand and wore knee sleeves.

really want to focus on technique so i was arching hard and squeezing my upper back.

My knee is still injured but better than it was so tried some deadlifts.

injured my damn knee doing hill sprints last week, so im giving squats and deadlifts a rest for a week or to! pretty annoying but im seeing as a chance to give my back a rest and to do lots of stretching and rolling.

just going to focus on bench!
