roasting hot in the gym today, then got soaked on the way home! nice! bench, all paused 60kg x3x3 80kg x3x3 100kg x3x3 110kg x1 touch and go, 120kg x3x3 it was the fastest and easiest 120kg has ever felt, so i was very pleased with it. CGPB all paused, 100kg x3 100kg x3 100kg x3 100kg x3 100kg x3 db tricep extensions ss with incline flys, (not done flys for about 6 months ) 10reps on each, 3sets dumbell rows 40kg x12 50kg x12 60kg x10 3 sets of lat pulldowns and 3 sets of heavy face pulls, not sure of the weight on these. good session, sweating like a beast! | |||

Not done squats for around 2 week now due to a knee injury so i wanted to test the water today. did tones of stretching before hand and wore knee sleeves. barx5x5 really want to focus on technique so i was arching hard and squeezing my upper back. 60x5x5 felt good so i went up. 80kg x2x2 100kg x2 120kg x2 140kg x2 160kg x2 160kg x2 160kg x2 160kg x2 160kg x2 160kg x2 wore a belt on the last 3 sets. my knee felt okay, and i actually felt strong despite worrying about it. did more stretching afterwards and will for the rest of the day. shoulder press, bar xlots 60kg x10 60kg x5 70kg x5 80kg x5 90kg x5 100kg x5 60kg x15 60kg x10 bodyweight rows ss with tri pulldowns, 10 on each 3 | |||

My knee is still injured but better than it was so tried some deadlifts. lots of stretching and foam rolling before, 60kg x1 60kg x1 60kg x1 80kg x1 80kg x1 110kg x1 140kg x1 160kg x1 so far so good, 180kg x1 200kg x1 220kg x1 250kg xf dont even know why i tried! i think i need to do some more reps at higher weights to get my self used to the weight! so, 200kg x1 200kg x1 200kg x1 200kg x1 200kg x1 left it there, going to continue when my knee is fully better. | |||

injured my damn knee doing hill sprints last week, so im giving squats and deadlifts a rest for a week or to! pretty annoying but im seeing as a chance to give my back a rest and to do lots of stretching and rolling. just going to focus on bench! Floor press, so no pressure on my knee. bar,lots 60kg x5 60kg x5 80kg x5 100kg x5 120kg x1 130kg x1 140kg x1 150kg x1 PB very easy! 160kg x1 would be a pb but the guy touched it, it was moving whilst he did but im not sure so im not classing it! very pleased with that, makes up a small bit for the injury. close grip floor press, 120kg x5 paused on the floor these did me in, 120kg x4 100kg x5 100kg x5 incline bench paused, 3x10 60,70,80kg lat pull down ss straight arm pulldowns ss underarm pulldown around 12-15 reps each 3 sets tri pulldown ss face pull 12-15 reps, 3 sets rear delt fly ss normal fly same as | |||
