Deadlift with 10kgs of chains on either side, so an extra 20kg at the top. just bar weight 70kg x5 70kg x5 110kg x3 110kg x3 140kg x3 160kg x1 180kg x1 200kg x1 210kg x1 220kg x1 Front squats, 60kg x5 60kg x5 80kg x5 100kg x1 120kg x1 130kg x1 not done these in a while but they did feel quite good. deficit SLDL with chains again, and standing on a green band which was wrapped around my neck. 60kg x5 60kg x5 added another blue band 60kg x5 60kg x5 took of the blue band added another green one 60kg x5 60kg x5 they were quite nasty! 1 legged SLDL ss forward lunges, 20kg db in each hand 10SLDL 10 lunges either side x3 lots of core work to finish. | |||

bought some monster minis of pullum so am trying them out today. Bench, barx some bar+monsterxsome then 60kg x3 60kg x3 60kg x3 80kg x3 80kg x3 100kg x2 100kg x2 100kg x2 100kg x2 110kg x2 120kg x2 happy with this, my lockouts improved due to doing lots of CGPB. it did feel very heavy at the top though. wide grip bench with monsters, 60kg x10 70kg x10 rolling db extensions, 10kgx15 15kgx15 20kgx15 25kgx12 puldowns, lat and shoulder work | |||

todays session, shoulder warmup, Bench 60kg x5 60kg x5 60kg x5 80kg x5 100kg x5 120kg x1 130kg x1 140kg x1 had a bit of a sticking point a few inches of the chest but the lockout was okay. Guy spotting me nearly touched it but didn't! cgbp 100kg x5 paused 100kg x5 paused 100kg x5 first two paused 100kg x5 100kg x5 100kg x5 dropset 90kgx3-80kgx4-70kgx5-60kgx5 my triceps were just gone after that! incline db, 3x8 paused 30kg it felt so heavy!!! some flys 3x10 some lat and shoulder work to finish | |||

Box Squats, first time doing these and first time using a wide stance. so just testing the water and thinking about technique. lots of stretching bar xlots 60kg x3 60kg x3 60kg x3 100kg x3 100kg x3 120kg x3 140kg x3 160kg x1 180kg x1 200kg xf 160kg x2 got it of the box but not much further. it was quite tough to get down, lots of stiffness in the hips i think which is something to work on. good mornings from pins, 60kg x5 100kg x5 120kg x2 120kg x2 120kg x2 120kg x2 120kg x2 Romanian deadlifts, 60kg x5 100kg x5 120kg x5 140kg x5 160kg x5 hamstring curls, 15x4 hip and glute work with bands. |
