Very lazy week

Back on it today with little cardio burst.

45 mins of mega reps squat and DL.

Cheers Matt. I'm really pleased how things are going right now.....especially the fronties. Was struggling just to get the range of movement to squat without tipping over not that many weeks ago. So mobility and strength has developed together.

+50kg x 7 (2 sets with little tiny floor touch and bounce in between reps, probably powered about 1/2 inch off floor and had to push the rest of the way)

C&P

Loaded bar - thinking this will be easy......
got to 6 reps and was blowing seriously out my arse. made my 10 reps.
completed 4 sets before dieing and leaving gym on hands and knees.

Note to self: must try less/less must be more
