Sorenss has turned stiff....... PM gym cross trainer warm up Dips BW 2 sets 20 warm up +20kg x 15 +40kg x 10 +45kg x 8 +50kg x 7 (2 sets with little tiny floor touch and bounce in between reps, probably powered about 1/2 inch off floor and had to push the rest of the way) C&P Loaded bar - thinking this will be easy...... got to 6 reps and was blowing seriously out my arse. made my 10 reps. completed 4 sets before dieing and leaving gym on hands and knees. Note to self: must try less/less must be more | |||
