Ah thats good you will be pressing pb's in the log for sure with the extra energy saved from a better clean!

Yeah incline look worked fine ive got a powertech rack which has a very long station for the bar so the entire log can sit on it as its only a 8' one. Floor press was done on the bottom of a squat rack i have. Im pretty happy with the pressing taking everything into consideration but i know i can go heavier than that on all those lifts.

Haha cheers kenny, just easing into things really even before the injury, but yeah i hope it sorts itself out although the doctor told me ive got 50% chance it won't which made me feel great.

First training session since injuring my leg, still on crutches as we speak and just got over a cold and 16.5 hour journey home

close grip Bench- 60-80-90 x 5, 95kg x 3, 95kg x 3
close grip floor press 70-80x 5, 90kg x 2, 90kg x 3, 100kg x 1 (all pause at bottom legs flat)
incline log press 40kg x 7, 60 x 7, 65 x 7

I am pretty happy with this

» Protein (Go to post)19-03-2010 @ 18:56
Mixing Casein with Whey will this produce a slower abosorbtion similar to just casein or does it produce just a combination of a fast acting protein and a slow one due to molecule weight and things? i have had a look around but nothing conclusive.
» Corn Flower vs WMS (Go to post)19-03-2010 @ 17:54
Ok i have read quite a few places that say they are the same, but i am unsure if this is true, they are both made from corn and both look the same when you look at the breakdown of whats in them, but from what i am aware WMS has Amylopectin (95-99%) and a low percentage of Amylose (1-5%) where as the Corn Flower is amylopectin 80% and around amylose 20% wondering if this will really have any real effect worth the price, also was reading that if adding WMS or Cornflower to anything else for example protein it will slow it down anyway?
