lol this is something i think about everyday. Dont want opportunities at 105 to go to someone else and me go nowhere in opens. After no internationals last year it makes me less likely to keep 105. Just not sure mate.

IMO the opportunity given to you by Graham Bulmer to compete in that qualifier far outweighs the opportunity to compete in any 105 show. And it would be a shame for the CoC comp to have any detrement to your performance at the opens qual.

i know what ur saying, Robbo too. Im never gonna win the euro qualifier but gonna use it for experience and it will help me decide whether to move up yet. The better i do the more chance of that happening.

Tuesday 31st January

Lots of stretching and I was then able to do some bench press! Have to say massive thanks to Adam Bishop who sent me some stretches which have worked better than anything else ive tried. Owe him one big style.

Bench press
60kg x 10
60kg x 10
100kg x 3
120kg x 1
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1
200kg x 1 - was shocked but this was very very easy.
180kg x 6

Incline Smith
80kg x 5
100kg x 5
120kg x 5
140kg x 5
160kg x 2
- had this set very inclined which made it much harder than i had done in the past.

- can look forward to pressing sessions again now. Gonna keep it safe tho and try few sets of triples on possibly 180 just to tick over.

Just send me some of your log pressing ability and we'll call it even Wink

Glad to see it helped mate.

For anyone interested it was just some stretches focusing on scapula activation and anterior delt mobility.

if it was possible mate i would lol
I find incline on smith as gay as ppl think it is helps with overhead lockouts. Seems to target same tricep muscles.

My problem is still there but to be able to train again has been a big boost n i really cant thank you enough as nothing else had worked to date.

No worries mate. Glad the shoulder is feeling a bit better for training.

To really solve the problem maybe you should look into a restoritive stretching session focusing around the shoulder joint each evening. Boring as f**k but i've heard such flexibility programs working wonders.
