Good session. Its funny how easy you jerked the weight compared to the clean, hope you can nail your power cleans and put up a tasty weight at the natties.

So normal gym was shut as its bank holiday and theres an olympic gym under a bridge in the area so thaught id try itout.Went in and most of the kit kust of been from around the 80s in there looked around and most stuff was on small bars and even smaller racks to the point if i wanted to squat i couldnt of walked it out and the benchs i couldnt fit on. Found one normal size bench so started my session.

Then i spot in the other room a wooden platform so went to and take a look and theres an elikio bar and set of 20's and 15's so as my back cant deadlift two days in row decided to do some power cleans aswel. Bar was lovely

Hey dude,
Im heading down early morning of the Comp and then head back up the road after.. there are 3 of us heading down so should be ok Im around 109kg at the mo so spin bike every day this week ha ha thats what I hate about U105's
