Was planning to do dips as my third exercise but forearm started to hurt so sacked em off. Illegal wides up again, lets see how this translates into a 1rm. These only a hand space wider than max IPF grip so I dont see why I shouldn't be able to hit around the same as my tng best on them shortly (130kg).

Thats the idea but we will see Happy Its one whole hand space each side past max IPF grip. To be honest right now its primarily seems to hit the front delts but i'll stick with it and see what happens. I need more power off the chest and pauses just aint cutting it!

I live in paignton just off Morrisons! I am technically based in Plymouth for uni but am staying at home for the main part now. I would be up for that yea, seems like a great way to improve overall strength! What gym do you go to?

NOTES;


Good session. Start to work down with 240kg and see what happens. 3x10 squat was cardio, all went up quick but was breathing HARD afterwards. Rack pulls were good considering how weak I am there.

I dunno, I used to but that was ages ago. It felt like a ton of pressure on the lower back suprisingly enough, I'll keep em in and see what happens Happy
