Axel for reps head to head 130kg Yoke head to head 350 kg.20m Conan'swheel weight to be confirmed Stones on to stone platform. Will start with a 5m run in on the 100kg stone 4m 115kg, 3m 120kg, 2m 135kg, 1m 155kg and 160kg to finish no run up.
