Was a decent session with the benching, everything else was chilled out. Felt like I was going through the motions with a lot of it. I need to step up my mobility work for my shoulders as I can feel a lot of shifting around my coracoid process, so want to make sure I look after my pec minor etc.

Wrist still isn't great, but it was fine for pulling, I think it's from the push pressing. But as the journal says I need to man up. I also increased my maxes more then usual for this month, Deadlift, squat and sumo all +10kg, bench +5kg and military + 2.5kg. Main reason is that my weight is going up quicker then I expected and I'm still staying relatively lean which is awesome Happy
