Ouch. Don't do Farmers then. Yoke will help you practise the footspeed etc required for farmers anyway.
Also look at loading/lifting a range of Heavy DBs, kettlebells, Axle/Logs/Sandbags for the medley of undisclosed weight.

To be honest.. I'm not really gonna think about training for the comp until next year, I'm more interested in enjoying training and my other goals for now Happy I'm just enjoying training and will probably sit down over Christmas and plan out my training for next year anyway.

No worries. Yeah, that'd be good. I'm only on a Deload week next week though. I think I'm free Wednesday morning, but other then that I'm busy all week. (Got exam type things).
I'm assuming you mean pro active? I've not been there for a while as it was too expensive for my budget. Bent a single session there is only £5 Happy

Looked really strong yesterday matey. I replied to you in my journal, but if you didn't see it I said I can see some big lifts from you if you stay injury free. Not sure if I know anyone who's had as bad luck with injuries as you.

Yeah I saw it earlier today Happy I appreciate it. I'm taking lots of precautions to avoid it so hopefully will have a good run!

As far as my training now, started 531 for bench, OHP, conventional and high bar squats. My maxes are all set reasonably low, but I will be doing joker sets and first set last(on some sessions). Hopefully if I can keep it up for at least 6months. Untill I get my timetable for when I move to york, I intend to do.
M - bench/upper
T - Deadlift/lower
W - off
T - OHP/upper
F - squat/lower
S - events/whatever I feel like.
S - off.

As I was going to Deload this week, I've started my first cycle but am just going to take it easy on assistance etc this week.
