OHP 1 x 20 @20kg 1 x 5 @40kg 7 x 3 @60kg 1 x 3 @65kg 1 x 1 @67.5kg Incline 1 x 10 @20kg 1 x 5 @50kg 3 x 3 @70kg - wrist hurting. Stopped. Face pulls/laterals. After tomorrow at Vulcan I'm due a deload week, then over next week decide on my training and get on with the next cycle. 75.6kg | ||

Sumo all straps 1 x 5 @60kg 1 x 3 @100kg 1 x 3 @140kg 1 x 2 @180kg 1 x 1 @200kg Belt on 1 x 1 @210kg 1 x 1 @220kg - not as smooth as the other day, but still happy that I can do it fatigued. Conventional 1 x 5 @60kg 1 x 3 @100kg 1 x 3 @140kg 1 x 2 @160kg Belt on 1 x 1 @180kg 1 x 1 @190kg 1 x 1 @202.5kg - lower back rounding... But still a PB I think Bench - between my close grip and normal grip. 1 x 10 @20kg 1 x 8 @50kg 1 x 5 @70kg 1 x 1 @90kg 1 x 1 @97.5kg 1 x 1 @102.5kg - FINALLY, PB. 1 x 1 @107.5kg - PB, very, very happy. 1 x f @110kg, lost my line and it was probably a bit ambitious straight after a 7.5kg PB. 1 x 4 @95kg failed 5th, triceps just died.. Big PB again. Circus dumbbell 53kg Lots of fails, 2 kind of locked out, 1 definitely locked out and help. PB, happy. Log 60kg x lots strict 80, 90, 100, 105kg cleans. Bor 8 x 15 @40kg Curls 4 x 10 @15kg Very happy with today. 74.2kg Videos: Deadlifts Benching DB - didn't record them all. | ||

Yeah, that'd be good. I'm only on a Deload week next week though. I think I'm free Wednesday morning, but other then that I'm busy all week. (Got exam type things). I'm assuming you mean pro active? I've not been there for a while as it was too expensive for my budget. Bent a single session there is only £5 | ||

Yeah I saw it earlier today I appreciate it. I'm taking lots of precautions to avoid it so hopefully will have a good run! As far as my training now, started 531 for bench, OHP, conventional and high bar squats. My maxes are all set reasonably low, but I will be doing joker sets and first set last(on some sessions). Hopefully if I can keep it up for at least 6months. Untill I get my timetable for when I move to york, I intend to do. M - bench/upper T - Deadlift/lower W - off T - OHP/upper F - squat/lower S - events/whatever I feel like. S - off. As I was going to Deload this week, I've started my first cycle but am just going to take it easy on assistance etc this week. | ||
