PB Push press - Wayne was there so was giving me some pointers etc, so gave these a go. 1 x 5 @20kg 1 x 5 @40kg 1 x 5 @60kg Wrist wraps on 1 x 3 @70kg 1 x 2 @80kg - goal for this month is at least 3 2 x F @90kg - plenty of leg drive but balance was the issue. DB row 1 x 5 @25kg 1 x 5 @35kg 1 x 5 @40kg 1 x 5 @45kg 2 x 8 @25kg - chest supported on bench. Ng pull-ups 1 x 5 @BW 1 x 5 @5Kg 1 x 3 @10kg 1 x 3 @15kg 1 x 3 @20kg 1 x 3 @25kg Some curls and hanging shrugs. Really pleased with benching. 75.1kg | ||

Rack pulls 1 x 3 @20kg 1 x 3 @60kg 1 x 3 @100kg 1 x 3 @140kg 1 x 1 @180kg 1 x 1 @200kg 1 x 1 @220kg - Straps and belt on. These were just a bit of fun. Squats - wanted to do at least one more decent set. 1 x 3 @60kg 1 x 3 @100kg 1 x 1 @130kg 1 x 3 @150kg - Belt on. PB I think, felt good. Log was loaded to 100kg so cleaned it. Just because. Also, cleaned the axle finally, though didn't get it overhead. Then push press. 1 x 5 @30kg 1 x 2 @60kg 1 x 1 @80kg 1 x 1 @90kg - belt on, PB, finally! 1 x F @100kg wanted to just see how it felt holding the weight. Happy with today's session. 75.1kg | ||

Last two reps were grinded, tried an 11th but couldn't. Bench 1 x 5 @20kg 1 x 5 @40kg 1 x 10 @60kg - Painful, stopped there. Standing DB press 5 x 10 @15kg Some lateral raises/cables etc. Enjoying hitting PB's this frequent 75.3kg | ||

To be completely honest I need to sort out my targets as far as the gym goes then I can make the best choice! | ||

Couldn't trim the videos form some reason so they're a lot longer then need to be. Sumo - wasn't sure how theses were gonna pan out so took it slow. 1 x 3 @50kg 1 x 2 @70kg 1 x 1 @90kg 1 x 1 @110kg --- 1 x 3 @132.5kg 1 x 3 @152.5kg 1 x 3 @172.5kg - didn't realise it was my top set, weights flew. Double paused 1 x 6 @130kg 1 x 3 @150kg - pauses weren't great Paused squats 1 x 3 @20kg 1 x 3 @60kg 1 x 3 @80kg 1 x 1 @100kg 1 x 1 @120kg 1 x 1 @130kg 1 x 3 @152.5kg - Belt on, PB, not paused Log - waiting for the platform to Deadlift 1 x 5 @60kg Conventional deadlifts 1 x 3 @50kg 1 x 2 @90kg 1 x 1 @110kg 1 x 1 @130kg straps onwards 1 x 1 @150kg 1 x 1 @170kg belt onwards 1 x 1 @190kg 1 x 1 @200kg Really pleased with the conventional since I've not pulled heave in a while.
