Squeezed in some deadlifts today. Worked up to 225kg x 3 That's it! Edit: I'm debating whether or not I should limit my training to a single Zercher per session - of course, with no warmup and in the dark etc. | ||

has spent time in a modern educational setting Member 47, 1221 posts | I've only done 'bits and pieces' over the last few days but it's (slightly) better than what I managed over the previous few weeks. 22/02/13 Deadlift Warmups then... 235kg x f - it was nearly locked out but I'm not going to hitch in training 235kg x f - again, the rep should have been nailed but... That should have been an easy weight but, as it was the fourth day of deadlifting in a row, it didn't work. 23/02/13 Chin-ups BW (108kg) x 10 BW x 7 BW X 7 They were all extremely strict reps so I'm pleasantly surprised that I managed 10 in a single set. | ||
