I'm trying to get my training back on track but I've worked 55+ hours, per week, for the last three weeks.

Squeezed in some deadlifts today.

Worked up to 225kg x 3

That's it! Unhappy

Edit: I'm debating whether or not I should limit my training to a single Zercher per session - of course, with no warmup and in the dark etc. Wink

Snatches with 60kg - lots of singles

I've only done 'bits and pieces' over the last few days but it's (slightly) better than what I managed over the previous few weeks.

235kg x f - it was nearly locked out but I'm not going to hitch in training
235kg x f - again, the rep should have been nailed but...

That should have been an easy weight but, as it was the fourth day of deadlifting in a row, it didn't work. Roll-Eyes

This morning's 240kg. There's a long, long way to go but this is my biggest deadlift for a few years. I definitely felt like there was more there!

I thought that I'd try some high reps.

60kg x 20 - way too easy
70kg x 21 - more like it but still fairly comfy

I've always felt much more comfortable with high-rep work. I'll try 75kg for 20 next time.
