However, the bands were completely loose at lockout.) Warmups then... 260kg x 2 - very easy 300kg x f 300kg x f - I think that these two failures had more to do with being unfamiliar with the exercise than not being strong enough. In other words, I'll get this weight next time. 280kg x 1 - comfy 290kg x 1 290kg x 1 - a bit of a grinder but never in doubt | ||

The fact that my sleep levels have been good, nutrition has been reasonable (or better) and I've not done crazy work hours makes it even worse. Clean and Push Press Cleans High Pulls None of the weights are worth recording. | ||
