hermit Member 3904, 988 posts	On the news they said there are five licensed horse abboitoirs in the UK and that horsemeat is about five times cheaper too. So apart from making its way into processed ready meals, where can we actually buy horse? If its good enough for Ilya Ilin, good enough for us all surely? There is going to be hundreds of tonnes of meat going in a skip during these few weeks also, I imagine.

My Gran says the butcher up her road sold it many years ago, closed now though. I've not googled it yet maybe that will give the answer.

Burgers, sausages, steak, mince. It seems expensive but might be fun to try some of the stuff Exoticmeats.co.uk

Thats value!
