Whats it rated to, weight wise?

Strength Shop squat stands are good, up to 250kg.

Thats all i looked at when i bought my stands. They have a dipping attachment but i dont do dips lol. I jerk out of them and front/back squat. But squat stands are squat stands yeah.

I was looking at normal stands for about £80 but I thought they maybe a little unstable. Are yours ok ?, can you bench from them too ?

The cheapest decent one I've found is this:

http://www.wolverson-fitness.co.uk/Squat-Dipping-Stand_AYLFV.a...

I think it has an extra pair of J-hooks for benching. I think it comes up to £120 including VAT and shipping with a 300kg rating.

AFAIK strength shop's stuff is rated higher than they say on their site but they re-rate them for safety? That might just be for their weightlifting bars though.

Never tried mate, id like to say No. I think they'd be just too hhigh for a normal flat bench, incline would probably be ok!
