really really interesting Member 3474, 2816 posts SQ 170, BP 120, DL 260550.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | ok so i'm trying to monitor my macros and so far it's all going well except for breakfast. i don't like eggs and other than leftover chicken slung in a bagel, i'm struggling to find good protein available in the mornings. i know i shouldn't get too hung up about it but it dicks me over in the evening when i've gotta have a shake or something when i'd rather be getting it in with proper food. any ideas? | ||
