So more deadlifts.....

On box this time started at 150kg for 2 sets at 5 reps
Moved up to 160kg for 2 sets at 4 reps
Then 170kg for 3 reps!

Moved onto the reverse hyperextention
4 sets of 12 reps at .....5kg!!!

Rest day tomorrow
Back in for mst on sat for more abuse yay!!!

Mst was good this morning!!

Started with some farmers walks up to 80kg in each hand!
Around 10 meters drop and turn another 10 meters
Did that a few time was good

Then 10 mins solid of 75kg keg run 20 meters there were 7 of us doing it
Still felt like a long time!

Moved onto tyre flips 3 of them into a sled drag mine was around 140kg!
Did that 3 times

Then had a few games of tug of war

So fun session back in Monday to hit training hard to get ready for champs of the future

Good Monday morning squats!!
Quick warm up
The it's was 5 sets of 5 reps @ 178kg
Wasn't to bad but last set was a struggle but still managed all reps and sets

In between each set of squats I was doing kneeling leg curl
5 on each leg 5 sets @ 29.3kg
All sets and reps done!

Got more squats later so should be fun!

So as you know more squats.....
3 sets of 9 reps at 160kg
All sets and reps done

Moved onto sled drags 40meters at 135kg
3 times
My legs are in a bad place right now lol

Had log press this morning
Was on de load so it's was 3 sets if 3 reps @ 110kg
Went a bit more like 3.3.1 last one was a struggle but 3 @ 110kg was good for me

Moved onto seated BB press started on 70kg for 3 reps was ment to do 7
So moved the weight down to 65kg 2nd set was 5 and last set was 6

In between was Powell raises with 8kg on each arm went 5,6,7 reps for the 3 sets

Got standing BB press tomorrow should be good!

Started with BB press this morning @ 90kg
Had 3 sets of 6 reps as its deload week!

Moved onto lockout @ 80kg
Did 3 sets of 7 reps

Deadlifts tomorrow
So good times

Deadlifts this morning
Quick warm up
Did 3 set of 2 reps at 200kg with chains on
All sets and reps done

Then moved onto Romanian deadlifts with 60kg
3 sets of 8 reps all sets and reps done!

Only one more day of deload
Have box deadlifts tomorrow so should be fun

small warm up
moved onto
2 sets of 4 reps at 170kg
last sets was 3 reps at 180kg

then onto the reverse hyperextention

3 sets of 12 reps with 10kg on!

the did a few tyre flips for fun 7 flips in 16.10 seconds no too shabby lol

Good group session this morning!
Started with trap bar DL up to a 1 rm
Managed to get a new PB of 300kg
Was good!

Moved onto single sided farmer walk!
At 40kg on each side
Did that for 2 on each side

Then to finish off a good session had tyre flips
So rest day tomorrow ready for some squats on Monday!

After a nice rest day Sunday
Monday morning squats!!

10 set of 3 reps @ 180kg
All sets and reps done ok!
Felt good to be honest!

In between sets I was doing lying leg curls same again
10 sets of 3 reps @ 70.3kg

Got more squats later so should be good!

5 sets of 7 reps at 170kg
All reps and sets done!!

Moved onto cyclist squats
4 sets of 10 reps with safety bar which is 25kg

That's all today got log press tomorrow so we shall
See what that brings

Was suppose to do 5 sets of 3-4 reps
Managed 4 sets of 4 reps at 110kg

Then moved on to static log press
80kg log did 5 sets went a bit like
4,2,3,4,3

So that was all for today have BB press tomorrow
Should be good fun!
