After 4 days rest we thought we would try some 1RM's over the next few days
This morning was log press
4x80kg
3x90kg
2x100kg
1x110kg
1x120kg
1x130kg (current pb)
1x135kg ( new pb )
Attempted 140kg just couldn't get it!
Then to Finnish off
8x100kg

Later will be some squat pb so looking forward to that

So after a new pb on log we decided to so some squats
3x70kg
2x120kg
2x170kg
2x200kg
1x220kg (current pb)
1x240kg (new pb)
0x250kg gave it a go little lack of technique
So was good fun

Got 1RM deadlifts tomorrow!

My bench was done start of last November since the I joined
Winning health solutions and Tom done me a programme
Which doesn't really contain bench press so not done any work
Or 1RM on bench for ages

So today was deadlift 1RM
Started with
4x70kg
3x120kg
2x170kg
2x220kg
1x240kg
1x260kg (current pb)
1x270kg
1x280kg
1x290kg (new pb)
Then to finish 5x220kg

Good session today got mst tomorrow!

Good mst session this morning
Start on farmers for 20 meters
Slowly worked up to 120kg

After that moved onto yoke
Again 20 meter runs
Worked out way up to around 250kg
Not sure on the weight of the yoke!

Then run 20 meters carry 105kg keg 20 meters
Run another 20 meter carry 120kg sake for 20 meters
Did that 3 times
To finish off did 2 20 meter lengths with the 120kg sandbag!

Then the finisher 3 of us did tyre flips for 5 min solid
Rotating 3 flips each 5 min rest after then did 5 min of flips
Again to finish it off was exhausting lol

Start my new programme next Monday looking forward to it!

so 1st session of the day was squats
but not my normal squats we were doing power lifting squats
180kg x 5
180kg x 5
180kg x 3
struggled with technique a bit but sure i will pick it up soon

moved onto unilateral farmers walk with orange fat grips on the handles
did 3 sets 10kg on front and back of the farmer 20 meters in one hand then
20 meters back in the other hand

that was it today got squats again later

Yesterday's session 2 of squats
Was high bar, oly depth squats!
9x140kg
6x140kg
8x140kg

After that moved onto sled drags 40 meters
With 105kg keg on it! Did that 3 times with
90 seconds rest in between each one!

Got over head BB press now should be fun

Yesterday's session

DB Sholder press 10 sets of 5 reps at 22.5kg
Then did rope rowes (pull to face) 10 sets of 5
At 55kg

Today's session

Started off 18inch deadlift
5 sets of 4 reps at 240kg
Went 4,4,4,4,3

Then seated good mornings
5 sets of 12 reps at 110kg
All sets and reps done!
