Hi im Aaron Member 3906, 438 posts SQ 310, BP 190, DL 340840.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq | Good barbell session this morning Quick warm up followed by 3 x 95kg 4 x 95kg 4 x 95kg 6 x 95kg 5 x 95kg 5 x 95kg Moves onto lockouts with a Swiss bar on a mid grip 4 x 75kg 4 x 75kg 5 x 75kg 5 x 75kg 5 x 75kg That was all for today but move onto some speed style deadlifts! Hi im Aaron Member 3906, 438 posts SQ 310, BP 190, DL 340840.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq | So dead lifts went a little like 3 x 220kg 2 x 230kg 1 x 240kg 3 x 225kg 2 x 235kg 0 x 245kg tried but couldn't get it past the knee So was a nice heavy session for me Moved onto reverse hyper extension All at body weight 4 sets of 8 with a 4 second Pause at the top! Only took 2 hours to get home thanks to the kind snow And people who can't drive it it!! Got mst tomorrow which is always fun! | ||

Hi im Aaron Member 3906, 438 posts SQ 310, BP 190, DL 340840.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq | Good old deadlift today Aim: 6 set of 3 reps at 125kg with green thick bands All sets done all reps done Moved onto glut ham raises Aim: 4 sets of 4-6 reps with 5kg DB Did all sets at 6 reps Onto banded pull through with thick green band Aim: 3 sets of 10-12 reps All sets done with 12 reps in each one Got some heavy deadlifts tomorrow morning so Looking forward to that then we have the fun of te events Day at winning health solutions in southampton | ||

Hi im Aaron Member 3906, 438 posts SQ 310, BP 190, DL 340840.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq | Nice heavy deadlifts for me this morning Aim: 6 sets in 3,2,1,3,2,1 on reps So went like 225kg x 3 235kg x 2 245kg x 1 230kg x 3 240kg x 2 250kg x 1 Was a bit of a fight but managed all of it this week Moved onto reverse hyper extensions Aim: 3 sets of 6-8 with 5kg on and a 4 seconds pause at the top Went 8,6,6 So all sets and reps done Tomorrow we got events day so should be some big numbers Hopefully a few pb's as well | ||

Hi im Aaron Member 3906, 438 posts SQ 310, BP 190, DL 340840.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq | So we had our events day today started off with 1RM log press Got a new PB of 130kg so was happy with that hit target for march the it was 100kg log press for reps AMRAP in a min i got 4... the onto the 16inch deadlift again 1RM and managed a new PB of 300kg well happy about that then a awful medley that went 120kg sand bag 105kg keg 90kg sand bag 85kg keg 90kg sand bag 75kg keg that was a killer then some stones to finish off so was a awesome day!! | ||
