I have a fear of getting strong Member 911, 764 posts SQ 265, BP 170, DL 315750.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | get this back up and running as been neglected as of late due to training being piss poor and working all the hours god gives training on the up again so here goes :-) this week has been good.. monday- bench 60kx1 100kx1 140kx1 170kgxfail sotter had to help just halfway up thursday- deadlift 100kx1 140kx1 180kx1 belt and chalk on 300kx1..pb very pleased finally got this no straps felt comfy aswell but not too comfy haha friday- strict press today was as follows... log clean and press 70kx6 strict 80kx6 strict 90kx1 strict 100kx1 strict 110kx1 125kx1 ...pb felt good 130 there for sure in week or two squats 60kx10 100kx10 140kx8 180kx6 these were harder than they should be as i have neglected squats for ages but going to sort it from now again as i hate being weak on them fronties 100kx10 140kx10 140kx10 leg extentions x 5 hammie curls x 5 90kx5 fro 5 sest then light bodybuilding type session on delts | ||
