Nice workout there, looking strong as always, that is decent, have you been doing more Benchpress atm or the opposite, or have you put up weight, Good improvement though mate.

get this back up and running as been neglected as of late due to training being piss poor and working all the hours god gives

hey sam, mmm i do myself BUT..have never gone above 240 without one
i forgot it once and working set was 240 for reps and felt fine without so who knows, may try it sometime
