Actually you mentioned for JC that you've been squatting 300 with briefs, so mostly bench and deadlift Interesting now??Cool

Bench did 200 for 2 the other week and dead is 340 all raw

Yes mate, grade 2 tear. Looks like 4 to 6 weeks recovery, but I will do what I can throughout. I take lots of fish oils and I can genuinely say that these things work I had no inflammation what so ever, only reason I knew it was a tear was due to bruising (bad extreme bruising). May not be strong enough for Euro qualifiers in March but will defo be ready for UKs in April.
