I havent yet and thinking about it on my next session, do they help like when back squatting?

i dont really feel any pressure in my knees, so unless it's for that extra bounce at the bottom, i don't really see the need. my uneducated opinion Happy.

I think the most common way to fail a front squat (from personal experience and what i've seen in the gym etc) is losing it forward on the way up.

If knee wraps were used it would give you pop out of the bottom no doubt but probably make you tip forward more on the way up.

Could be completely wrong though.
