Oh yeah, welcome to the site Haha, I think you've got a good head start on me there then, I could probably pull 137.5kg high enough, but it would be about 8" out in front Whats your raw lifts like? I can't deadlift with an arched back for s**t, probably half the problem I expect. And finally....what brought your clean up? | ||

I'm a round back puller too. What brought up my power cleans, I dunno, just doing them I guess! I've got pretty crap technique though, I am unable to bend my legs to catch them. | ||
