Looking forward to a lay in tomorrow BW at 103.85? Walk 50Mins 370cals 4.56Km Chatted to Josh for most of it so time went pretty quickly. Incline Bench 60 2x5 80, 90 x3 100 2x3 PB 80, 70, 60 x6 Drop Set Bench 60 x8 90 3x8 Assistance Tricep Extensions +27.5 3x10 Cable Flys 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15 x10 SA 7.5 x10 R/L Not bad all things considered. | ||

Nice session, had fun 18" Blocks 70 2x3 120, 160 x3 200, 230, 260 x2 220 2x3 Yoke/Fat Grip Farmers Medley (think these weights are right... all over 15M) 160 / 240 / 50 260 / 70 270 / 80 280 / 90 280 Yoke is a PB and the famrers were easy, just working on speed (plus there wasn't enough plates left in the gym ) Arm Over Arm/Drag Medley (think these weights are right... again all over 15M) 60 / 60 80 / 80 105 / 105 (then 6x typre flips to finish off with) BoR 60 x6 100 3x6 Chins About 30 through out the session DOH DL 60, 100 x5 140, 180 x3 Nice session today, first time doing yoke in a long time and although a bit wobbly, still felt good. 300 possibly next week | ||

Chest with Jake 8x12 Flys and 3x15/2x10 Triceps for warm ups Bench 60 x10 100, 110 x2 115 x6 (think this might be a pb too!) 100 x12 Lower partials 60 x24 Full reps Incline DBs (half flys) - 32 x10 Flys - 14 x10 Then about an hour later Core With Sarge Woodchop, Leg Pushes, Cable Crunch, Side Bends, Laying Weighted Knee Raises. Felt good! 3 hours later Swim with Jake 15 x50M (750M total) | ||

Farmers / Carry Medley 80 Farmers x25M / Return Run (25M) / 110 Farmers x25M / 75 Keg x50M x2Sets Completly shattered after the first run, thought I was going to pass out, got in another run but left it there due to timing (and my feeling of death!!) First session with Sarge Squat 60, 100 x5 140 x3 Belt 160 x10 PB Extra leg session so nothing spectacular, this was a target to get done before I left. Horrible bar which kept slipping on my back but hey ho! Leg Press 120, 160, 230, 260, 280 x10 Calfs 4x10 Session with Jake Pull Ups/Press Ups warm up 10/20, 5/10 CG Bench SSW/ BB Curls 60/0 x5 100/+30 x5 105/+40 2x5 Biceps 16/6 x12/24, 10/20, 8/16 (all one set) 6/16 x24/12, 20/10, 16/8 (all one set again) Triceps 3x15 Rope Pulldowns MM Cables 7.5 3x10 R/L Then a random 60 x32 on the bench (some competition Jake heard about) Not bad today | ||
