8x12 Flys and 3x15/2x10 Triceps for warm ups

115 x6 (think this might be a pb too!)

Incline DBs (half flys) - 32 x10
Flys - 14 x10

Then about an hour later
Core With Sarge
Woodchop, Leg Pushes, Cable Crunch, Side Bends, Laying Weighted Knee Raises.
Felt good!

BW at 102.65 at the start of the session and down to 101.5 at the end (even after drinking 1.5 Litres of water during....)
