Thanks bud, just wanted to stop by to congratulate the other athletes involved with Sunday's comp. There was some very impressive lifting and inspiring performances.

Seb was fantastic, I knew he would be, didn't see any signs of weakness from him all day, which is what it takes to make podium. He will do very well in the opens at 140KG!

Dan probably put in the performance of the day for me, to do what he did in only his 3rd comp is pretty damn amazing. A little work on his overhead and he could well be winning these titles in the next year or 2.

Ant surprised me, I've never competed against the welsh lifters before and didn't realise just how good they are. Like a few others was very unlucky to miss out on a podium finish (its only a matter of time before that changes)

George - I think he even surprised himself a little bit when he was 3rd after 5 events. I train with him and to have done what he has in the last 12 months is incredible, he wouldn't have expected to make England's last year and here he is contending for podium spots at Britain's. If he could do stones I'd be worried!

I'm not gonna mention everyone but Damo's powerstairs were brilliant and I nearly passed out trying to beat Andy's massive sqauts. Daz was very unlucky, was a strong contender for podium before his disaster in the squat.

Look forward to doing it all again in Wales next year!
