Squats today were nowhere near as tough as yesterday! felt good and PB log to boot!! however seeing as how I haven't trained log much before almost everything is gonna PB for a bit Roll-Eyes

Squats were hard today, left belt in gym the other day and couldn't find it Angry so struggled to get the reps out as back fatigued! Military was good sticking to 2 pressing days per week one strict and one push presses and going to cycle military/log week per week!

Nice work today, for saying you failed 70x1 PushPress at junction the other week and that was your first exercise. Get doing some log tomoz with the big boys aye.
