It's a great experience even if you're not lifting "much", gives your training a boost, and it really helps to get a go on the platform before getting caught up in the numbers. | ||

All in all a poor day, no excuses will use this disappointed feeling to better motivate me when benching next week. | ||

Also did a bit of rotator cuff work but nothing major, just want see these pressing numbers climb! | ||
