I went to that strongman contest they did at Vulcan when it opened, not been back yet as it's hard to go train somewhere when you have everything at home. This is my gym in the video below. Well it's actually moved to my garage from my brothers now and has a lifting platfrom that you can see in my journal. | ||

Most don't have a GHR either which is pretty essential for me. I might see you in Vulcan at the next comp they do. | ||

Went straight into starting 5/3/1 for bench after that with strict pauses which went well. Definitely weak in the triceps so wil be putting in a lot of effort bring them up, good session pointed out my weaknesses better than any other. | ||
