Fri 20th April 2012 X-Trainer 20 mins Running 3 mins @ 9.0 mph 2 mins @ 10 mph 1 min @ 11 mph Front Squat SOre legs today so just taking it easssssssy! 20x8 40x8 50x8 60x8 70x8 Goblet Squat -> OH DB Squat 30x 10 -> 22 x 2 per leg 3 sets of that DB Snatch 30x5 per arm 3 sets of that Hypers bw x 12 single leg x 10,10 per leg bw x 12 Abs 6 exercises done supersetted for a total of 12 sets. Big bike ride tomrrow, bring it on! | ||

Was brutal at points!!! Tue 24th Apr 2012 High Bar Squat Beltless, decided I need to do highbar from now on. Low bar is pointless for the moment. 20x10 60x5 80x5 90x5 100x5 110x5 120x5 125x1 130x1 135x1 Last rep was a toughy! Suck at high bar, must be working my weaknesses... Deadlifts Belt and slippers on today. Using straps as usual due to thick ass bent bar! 100x3 140x3 180x2 190x2 200x2 210x2 220x1 -> 200x1 Went for 220x2 on the top set. Got the second above the knees but got the kink in the bar forced against my leg Leg Press 80x5,5,5 These were single leg. Had legs lower down the platform for tougher exercise 200x30 Double leg. Was going to go heavier but repped out instead! Tough for this amount of reps! Sweaty betty now! Hypers + 15 behind head x 10,10,10,10 Calfes -> Legs Seated raises x 20-40 -> Leg ext x 12 2 sets of that X-Trainer 25 mins, approx 460 kcals burnt. Really want to go for a run due to the nice weather but forced myself not to! I seem to get in to a habbit of overdoing it so ill rest instead for the rest of the night! Back at my old mans and have no kit with me so my only option was to go in his office and do some bodyweight circuit......... 10 burpees 20 pressups 30 situps 40 secs plank 20 secs rest Did 8 rounds of that back to back. Took just under 25 mins. Sweating like a goodun by the end of it!!!! Fun. Who says you need kit to train. My boxers and some head room was all i needed! | ||

All felt good form and snappy. Grip was solid as a rock at 200. Hack Squat Single Leg bw x 5,5 Double Leg 90x5,5 Hypers +15x10,10,10 Calfs 2 sets seated 2 sets standing X-Trainer 1 min @ 16 30s @ 19 Did this for 25 mins, 480 kcal burnt est. Enjoyed that! | ||
