Friday Session

Squats
Warm up set's, bar x 10 / 60 x 5 / 60 x 5
Working set's 100 x 5 / 105 x 5 / 107.5 x 5 PB reps / 107.5 x 4

Hoping to hit 110 x 5 for 3 sets by end of next week.

Bench press
Working set's, 60 x 10 / 80 x 2 / 90 x 2 / 100 x 1PB / 105 x 1 (with spot so not yet a PB) / 80 x 5 / 80 x 4

Solid bench session today with Andy.

Decline Bench press
working set's 60 x 8 / 90 x 1 / 100 x 1 (with spot so not yet a PB) / 90 x 2 (Pb reps / 60 x 12

Not really done much decline work before so quite happy with these results.

Deadlift
Warm up set, 60 x 5
Working set, 100 x 5 / 140 x 2

Not my best Deadlift performance but felt like had a solid session today, slowly getting there.

Rest and plenty of food planned for rest of the day.

Sunday session, Strongman attempts

Log press
Working sets, 45kg x 2 / 50 x 2 / 55 x 1 / 55 x 1 / 45 x 5

Should of got 2reps on 55 the first time around but lost me balance and failed the 2nd attempt. hoping that next week should have it fingers crossed.

Yoke

100 x 2 lengths of gym / 160 x 2 lengths / 180 x 1 lengths / 180 x 1 lengths

140 for the first set felt surprisingly difficult and had to drop it half way then carry on, 2nd set at 140 felt much better and rely kept my balance for a comfortable 1 length of the gym, happy with this. First time doing yoke.

Car
Working sets, car x 1/ car x 1

Feel like i could of got few more reps out, however my form feels like its all over the shop with this lift, So trying to stick with 1 till i feel 100% comftable with it.

Atlas stone

warm up set, 32kg- 5 half ft platform x 3
Working sets, 52kg- 5 half ft x 1 /
-88kg ( just the lift to knees) PB with this as never could get this of the ground befor, so gunna carry on with a few more lifts from floor to knees till and attempt it on the 4 ft platform
- 32kg-5 half ft x 5 / 52kg-6ft x 1
- 52kg- 6ft, 5 half ft, 5ft, 4 half ft x 1 on each one after another.

Got a lot of work needs doing on atlas stone, thinking of doing a solid hole session just on atlas stone some time in near future.

Kettle bell swing/ Sledge hammer
16kg kettle bell ( 2 arm swing x 20 ss with sledge hammer x 50

Finished of with Bicep curls 3 sets

Quite new to all this sort of training, so today was just to try and get the hang of it. Feeling quite sore after this session, so cant wait to get some sleep.

Tricep
Skull cruses (ss) with triceps pull down x 3 sets

Squats again to finish of
85 x 5 / 100 x 5 / 120 x 1 PB

s**t session, Even if i got a pb on squats.

Day of tomorrow so get the rest in then smash it on Wednesday.

Thursday rest day turned into Thursday chest day

Bench press
Warm up set's bar x 10 / 60 x 10
Working set's x 80 x 5 / 80 x 5 / 90 x 3 / 100 x 2res pb / 105 x 1PB / 90 x 2 / 80 x 5 / 60 x 12

Decline Bench press
working set's 60 x 8 / 80 x 4 / 80 x 4 / 60 x 9

Incline Bench press
60 x 5 3 sets

Finished of with power cleans super setted with dips, 5 reps each exercise then swapped, repeated till failure.

Relay happy with today's session PB'S felt comfortable think i could of maybe attempted 110 today, but chickened out, next week defo giving it a shot
