i work in a pub and the chef will cook whatever i fancy (providing we have the ingredients) so was after some low(ish) fat high protein meals.. (always got s**t loads of chicken breast/portions in)

Try chicken stuffed with goats cheese and cranberry, delicious.
Or herby pork schnitzel with sweet potato mash.
chicken breast filled with garlic sauce or butter and wrapped in panchetta.
Chicken breast in garlic and herb white wine sauce served with rice
Pork steaks topped with apple sauce and stuffing, or roasted pork loin with roasted apple and barbecue sauce.

my pub favourite has always been surf and turf ( scampi and steak with chips)

followed closely by mixed grill who doesnt love them
