Agreement !!!!! I took 420kg 12 metres in 75 seconds and spent 6 months on the injured bench with a f**king ruptured ring piece !

For Hixxy to be jogging with the c**t is very very impressive !

Lasts nights session was awful!

Bench
60kg x 3
100kg x 3
120kg x 1
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1
190kg x 1
200kg x 1

Did some stretches. Just felt exhausted and stiff I struggled to even do the 12 reps on bench lol
happy to hit 200 for first time in a long time though.

no i know that pal - just had zero energy n funny enough soon as i left i went home to bed and even slept in this morning lol

I still think its better to go in and do something than not to go in at all

thanks pal - if there was a close up shot of my face while i did it then you might feel better, im sure it was on verge of exploding!

Hello mate, hope you don't mind me asking another question about your training plan/routine...so you don't even plan out a 4 week or 6 week or whatever cycle you just go in and if feeling good try to beat your best triple on whatever lift(s) you are training that day?

Im looking forward to it too so long as im 100%. Be good to mix it with the coutries best.

I always train around my best triples. Try and improve on them or train close to them. U cant be in turbo mode all sessions but thats how i priciply train yes. N worked for me so far. Dont work for everyone.
Last night I was very tired so opted for short session of singles. Hit big single to keep me positive for next weeks session. Most ppl dont realise that being positive is a big thing, if u think your gonna fail your already half way to failing in my opinion.
