Bench 60kg x 3 100kg x 3 120kg x 1 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 180kg x 1 190kg x 1 200kg x 1 Did some stretches. Just felt exhausted and stiff I struggled to even do the 12 reps on bench lol happy to hit 200 for first time in a long time though. | ||

Thanks Eagle I always train around my best triples. Try and improve on them or train close to them. U cant be in turbo mode all sessions but thats how i priciply train yes. N worked for me so far. Dont work for everyone. Last night I was very tired so opted for short session of singles. Hit big single to keep me positive for next weeks session. Most ppl dont realise that being positive is a big thing, if u think your gonna fail your already half way to failing in my opinion. | ||
