Cheers mate need to give it a big push now I am tiiping over into Masters 2 class! Are you going to the Commonwelath and if so at 93 or 83kg?

Yeah I'm going to the commonwealths! I'll be lifting in the 93kg class As a light 93er! 83's just too hard to get too lol

Yeah think 83 was a bit hopeful for someone your height. At least you can build pure muscle now!

Maintenance bench up to 3x132.5 tired!

Feeling tired after heavy squats night before

Yeah very hopeful indeed!, no more eating 2-3meals aday for me now! haha your training is looking solid! good luck on your build ups!

So pissed off at todays deadlift session went to my other gym and did it again ... this time with chalk!

120x5 150x5 180x5 190x2 200x1 210x1 Now thats more like it! Helped that there were some girlies looking Ha!

Cheers though need to get better aim is to medal at Europeans either raw or equipped!Have lifted about 6 years now used to be a lightweight rower believe it or not!

The Europeans. Is that IPF/EPF? Equipped?

Before turning to powerlifting 4 years ago i ran a lot,a half-marathon and a marathon, 20k lighter than now!

Prob raw EPF World cup unequipped - equipped is still too tough but will see who's about - at my level I have to play canny!

Did a bit of running too did great north east half marathon 2 years ago in 1hr 43 mins damn near killed me never again lol!
