1 arm dumbell press
right arm 37.5kg x 6, left arm x 6
right arm 45kg x 6, left arm x 6
right arm 47.5kg x 5, left arm x 4, right x 5, left x 3

military press
60k x 6 x 5

tricep pushdown
1/2stak x 8 x 3
3/4stak x 6 x 2

frame deads (bout 180kg) x 6

my new farmers. only weigh about 43kg now but it's a nice low pick up n will help my fitness.

one set down the drive n back up (down n up hill) 12mtr each way.

frame walk down n up the drive. x 3 sets, +14kg 1 set.

farmers pick up practice sets. a few.

yeah i whish i could've done but i just had an hour to sneek one in so.. i kind of lift around the mrs work schedule cuz we share a car.

hoping it wont rain on thursday so i can get some yoke and rocks work in.

45k field rock x 5
65k slate slab x 5
85k concreate bucket thing x 1, 2, 1

45k farmers 30mtr x 3 sets (down drive, across road, back uphill drive)

incline log press.
75k x 10 x 2 sets
85k x 6 x 2 sets
(shoulder really hurts still doing this. seems like the rehab i've been doing isn't helping that much, time to get acupucture i rekon)

45k rock lift n press x 3, 1 same pain in shoulder so gave up n went home. nice little lift today. happy with it.

real short sesh. hah. my shoulder is a bit f**ked now. feels like my arm is ripping apart from the shoulder n shooting pain into the elbow. walked away before i hopefully did anything really bad to it.

farmers. bout 80k for about 25metr i guess then went to about 100k n dropped at about 10 metres. better than last time as grip wouldn't let me even pick up then. but the shoulder i torn up. f**k it.

will hit the gym later tonight n do a bit of rehab work. sitting with the hot water bottle on it at the mo. lol.

just a little strongman sesh up my garage.

frame walks down drive back up x 2 then plus 14k down n up

farmers down drive across road back up drive x 3 sets

some lifts on the little 40k rock. 4 sets of 3

same again but with 65k slab. 3 sets

going down for some acupucture later on so hopefully sort the shoulder out a bit.

gym today but just cv n light legs really as the shoulder is f**ked still. shooting pain n pins n needles in my arm n fingers with just a twitch of moventment in the wrong way i guess. try physio on thursday as acupucture didn't work. said it's a trapped nerve.

15mins treadmill walk

leg extns and ham curls for weight

leg sled stack for a few sets n some calf work

preacher db curls
barbell curls just light reps then 40k x 4 x 8set

shoulder is still f**ked. taken the rest of the week off to fully rest up n so far it does seem to be improving. i have got a scaf bar(8ft) and i measured, taped it up n weighed it and the car wheels n tyres i have in prep to build it on sunday. bar is 10k n each wheel is 15k (4 in total). so i have a starting weight for my axle of 70k. pretty good i think. i'll work out how to add weight next week i guess. lol.

will hit some more cardio over the weekend with a leg workout again too.

i built my new axle press today. in good ol' blue peter fashion too! lots of cardboard n tape. hahahah. works fine for now though. 70k. consists of 4 car rims n tyres and 1 scaff pole.

had to have a play with it didn't i. f**k the shoulder problems.

floor clean n press: 1 clean n 5 press x 3 sets

floor clean n press x 5, x3, x3 (with the last one having 4 presses)

deads: 8r x 3 sets

shoulder hurts now but it was worth it. love a new toy! lol

bit of light bi's n tri work as the pins n needles seems to be lightening off a bit.

oly bar curls.
bar 20k x 20
30k x 10
40k x 8
50k x 6
40k x 8 x 2set

tricep pushdowns
1/4 stack x 20
1/2 stack x 12,10 x 2
3/4 stack x 8

super set the pushdowns with oly bar 21's (curls).
