And pidge Log 70x1 80x1 90x1 110x1 120 fail 120x1 130 clean failx3 Yoke 230for 10metres 230for 10 282for 20metres with drops 310 no chance 64kg dumbell 5reps in 75secs 2sets Powerclean 100 then 2srict press Powerclean110 the 2push press. I think that is all we did or what i can remember. Wanted to use the cross but it was locked up! | ||

Member 1912, 336 posts SQ 170, BP 135, DL 250555.0 kgs @ 110kgs Eq | monday session, decided to do sqauts in deadlift suit and knee wraps! warmed up 20x3 60x3 105x2 then suited up and wrapped up 125x1 145x2 almost to depth! 160x1 touch n go on depth 175 fail then swapped to mr cleggs knee wraps and jonis oversized sqaut suit 170x1 PB boom on a high i went outside to do farmers i failed 130kg each hand even to just pick up a week ago! 130kg 8.5metres 130kg 10metres then 10 mins later 130kg 15 metres! all 130s were pbs!! | ||

Few metress The 318kg pb pick up moved a couple metres!!! | ||

Member 1912, 336 posts SQ 170, BP 135, DL 250555.0 kgs @ 110kgs Eq | thanks a lot guys thursday session with joni and sam and pidge et ect floor deadlift, 70x2 up the suit 120x3 170x1 200x1 220x1 230x1 237.5 fail 14 inch 120x3 170x2 220x1 230 fail 200x2 realy hard graft end of session for me. felt realy drained today, lifts are always lower later in the week due to tiredness from manual labour job all week ect.and i think the yoke last nite didnt help my deadlift today lol, im scared of overtraining so was gna rrest this weekend but now i wna show you beasts on sunday what i can do on the cross medley, stil got 130 farmers pb this week, yoke pb of 318 and sqaut pb so not like im doing crap, just dissapointed in my deadlifts as i pulled 235 rapid a few weeks back and 255 14 inch but now im struggling to get near it any tips?? dumbell im hoping to nail on the day 7-8 reps, | ||
